I woke up to a muted keening sound ringing in my ears. it sounded like something was blocking the sound from coming through.
My subconscious was screaming something unpleasant at me but the lull of sleep was simply too great to pass up.
We definitely played way too much tag, yesterday. I thought to myself. But it was still too early to be awake so I went back to sleep. Goddess I was exhausted.
The next time I woke up it was daylight and the keening sound from before, hit me like a blast.
