Krystal and I were locked in separate cells meant to keep prisoners who had disobeyed the council's direct orders .
I didn't know how long I was in here for since the entire cell was dark and closed off from seeing anything outside , I wasn't even sure when the sun had risen or set .
I wasn't sure what the council were planning to do with us but I was positive that it wouldn't be any good , they would make us suffer just to prove a point to others that they should never disobey the rules set by the council . That was the way in which the council worked , they always wanted you to fear them and in order to do that they needed to make an example out of others that had disobeyed their words .
