The Beginning

How could a person lose all in one night and still be living like this with no one for him. I could feel his pain in his eyes. I looked at him with tears in my eyes, if I could steal his pain, I will take all his pain from him. I sobbed heavily.
" Scarlett", Adam called me, looking at me confused. I moved to him and hugged him tightly and patted his shoulders, " Adam , sorry I could feel your pain, I'm sorry for your parents" I sobbed heavily in to his shoulders, hugging him tight.
Adam patted my back and rubbed my back until my sobs left.
I pulled myself away from him and looked in to his eyes, " I'm not gonna leave you for those wars, let's fight together Adam. I can't leave you alone".
Adam looked at me pissed. I know he is pissed but what can I do
