“You done?” tanong sa akin ni Law habang nasa labas siya ng cubicle kung nasaan ako.

“Yeah. Wait.”

I glanced at my reflection in the mirror for the nth time.

Tonight, we planned to go swimming at the infinity pool on the rooftop of our condo. Of course, I am with Law.

I was kinda insecure to wear a bikini because of my flat chest but I convinced myself. Ngayon, ang tagal ko tuloy rito sa CR dahil pinag-iisipan ko pa kung magpapalit na lang ba ako o tama na itong suot ko ngayon.

Any One Piece fans would recognize my bikini that was inspired by Nami’s outfit in the Fishman Island arc. It was a turquoise and white two-piece bikini split suspenders.

It was supposed to be sexy-looking but because of my body shape, it looked cute. Hell no.

Ang buhok ko naman, ini-clam ko na lang muna.

At long last, I left the cubicle. Law's eyes were immediately glued to me. Mas lalo tuloy akong nailang.

“Stop staring,” utos ko sa kanya habang pinamumulahan na ng pisngi.

He chuckled as he pulled me close to him and gave a peck on my temple.

“Can’t help it. You’re so gorgeous, Alya,” aniya naman.

My heart moved because of what he said. Itinago ko iyon sa pamamagitan ng kunwaring pagpukol ng masamang tingin sa kanya.

He smiled again before his hand claimed mine.

“Let’s go.”

Sabay na nga kaming tumungo sa topmost floor ng condo namin ni Rhea. Nag-bathrobe na muna ako habang si Law naman ay nakasuot pa ng shirt at swim trunks.

Pagkarating namin sa rooftop ng condo, agaw-pansin agad ang itsura ng pool.

It has blue neon lights that were really eye-catching in the evening. Kahit ganoon kaganda ang pool, kaunti lang ang tao. Madalas kasing malimutan ng iba na may infinity pool sa tuktok ng condominium na ito.

When we got there, I finally removed my bathrobe. Halos lahat kasi ng mga babae roon, naka-bikini rin. Si Law rin, naghubad na ng shirt niya.

He removed his shirt from his back. As soon as he was topless, his cool tattoo was exposed as well as his hot body. Nakadaragdag talaga ng angas niya ang kanyang kakaibang tattoo sa braso.

I noticed how other girls gawk at him. Ni hindi na nila naitago paglalaway nila sa kasama ko. Sa katunayan, parang hindi nga nila napansing may kasamang babae si Law. Ang pokus lang nila ay sa kanya.

Buti't matapos itabi ni Law ang mga hinubad namin, lumapit na siya sa akin at inangkin ang baywang ko.

I was electrified by his touch for some reason. Grabe rin talaga ang epekto sa akin ng lalaking ito.

We stayed in a secluded corner of the pool, far enough away that we seemed to have our own world.

Naunang nag-swimming si Law. Pinanatili ko namang hindi mababasa ang naka-clam na buhok ko.

I watched him swim. Ang bilis niyang lumangos pero hindi na iyon kataka-taka lalo na't gusto niyang maging parte ng Navy balang araw.

At the same time, I appreciated the view, especially the overlooking skyscrapers in Sacramento. Idagdag pa ang maaliwalas na langit na napupuno ng mga tala.

Sunod kong tahimik na pinagmasdan ang mga kasama namin sa pool. Walang mga bata. Halos lahat nga ay magkarelasyon.

Some were making out at the corner; some were having fun.

It was such a wonderful night. Kung hindi ko lang namataan ang tingin ng grupo ng ilang babae na nasa kay Law pa rin.

I suddenly want to be territorial. Hell.

Umahon si Law sa harap ko. Pagkaahon niya, pinasadahan ng kamay niya sandali ang kanyang buhok bago niya ulit hinawakan ang baywang ko.

Not gonna lie, he appeared like he was a model when he did that. Kaya hindi ko na masisisi ang ibang babae kung bakit hindi nila maiwasang mapatingin kay Law.

But then, sorry to them. He's off-limits now. He's taken. By me.

“Aren’t you gonna swim?” tanong niya sa akin nang mapansing hindi pa rin basa ang buhok ko.

“Later. I’ll watch you first,” I muttered back as I rested both of my hands on his masculine chest.

Balak ko muna siyang bantayan. Baka kasi lapitan siya ng mga babae.

I took a glimpse at the group of girls who were gawking at my man. They seemed bitter about what I did. Parang gusto ko tuloy mangisi.

Ngayon lang ako nagkaganito sa isang tao. Hindi ko alam na ganito pala ang pakiramdam. Ito na yata ang tinatawag na "pambabakod."

Because of curiosity, Law glanced at where I was looking. Nang mapansin niyang grupo ng mga babae ang tinitingnan ko, nangisi siya. Alam niya na agad ang ibig sabihin ng tingin ko.

“I didn’t know you’re the jealous type of girl,” he concluded right away.

Natataranta naman akong umiling.

Hell! Did he see through me? Ang galing niya rin talagang basahin ako!

“I’m not!” dipensa ko na lang.

My cheeks flushed. Buti na lang at gabi na, paniguradong hindi na niya mapapansin ang pamumula ng pisngi ko.

“Uh-huh?” He wasn't convinced.

He then leaned closer to have a taste of my lips. Isang halik, tuluyang nawala sa isipan ko ang tungkol sa ibang tao. His lips became more tender because they were wet.

“Don’t mind them. You know I’m all yours,” paniniguro niya sa akin. Napangisi ako dahil doon.

I believe him. Mula kasi nang mapalapit kami sa isa't isa, hindi na siya kumindat pa sa iba. He spends most of his time with me as if his world revolves around me.

I snaked my hands around his neck as our kiss deepened. Wala na akong pakialam pa sa iba.

His lips moved away from mine to explore other areas of me that he seemed eager to discover. Then he noticed my tattoo when his lips went down my collarbone.

“Is that your tattoo?” Natigilan siya sa paghalik sa alin para lang tanungin ako.

“Yeah,” tipid na sagot ko naman, hindi pa masyadong nakababawi sa init ng mga halik niya.

“It’s also about lightning.”

“Like yours.”

It took him a moment before a smile spread across his lips. Napagtanto niya sigurong hindi naman namin sinabi sa isa't isa kung ano ang ipata-tattoo namin noon pero nagtugma pa rin ang lahat.

He kissed me for the nth time before he whispered in between our lips, “If this still ain’t destiny then I don’t know now.”

I chuckled a bit.

“Destiny? You believe in such a thing?” Hindi ako makapaniwala sa sinabi niya. Parang wala kasing mga gaya niya ang naniniwala sa ganoon.

“I’ll believe anything if it says I’m the one for you, baby,” dahilan niya naman. “Soulmate, destiny, fate—name it. I’ll f*****g believe anything if it says we’re meant to be together.”

“Crazy.”

“Indeed.”

We continued focusing on our kisses.

He raised my legs and wrapped them around his waist before his lips traveled from my neck down to my tattoo.

I arched my back, giving him more access. Habang kung saan-saan naman dumadako ang labi niya, mas lalo akong nakikiliti. I bit my lower lip not to moan.

He piggybacked me while we were on our way back. We were both smiling like idiots, feeling excited to taste each other. Buti na lang talaga at wala si Rhea ngayong gabi.

Nang makarating kami sa unit namin, ni hindi ko pa man naisasarado nang maiigi ang pinto, kaagad niya na akong inatake ng mapusok na halik.

He hoisted me with a slight bending motion, then wrapped his waist with my legs. We were kissing while we were on our way to the bathroom.

Nang makarating kami sa loob, kaagad niyang binuksan ang shower na siyang tuluyang bumasa ng buhok ko.

Law pinned me against the wall as our kissing saga continued. Mas dinig ngayon ang tunog namin.
