C H A P T E R 5:

Cassandra POV

Habang naglalakad sa aisle I was hoping na it's just a dream na ikakasal na ako sa taong hindi ko mahal.

This is the day were we are going to tie the knot, ang araw ng kasal namin ni Ashton Luire Dewisht.

Sa harapan ng altar ay naroroon si Ashton at ang kuya ko naghihintay sa akin. Tumulo ang luha ko habang tumatakbo sa isip ko ang mga pwedeng mangyari at magbabago sa buhay ko pagkatapos ng kasal na ito.

Many attended the wedding but mommy Valerie told me na walang maglalabas ng impormasyon hangga't walang pahintulot ko o nila. Syaka family and friends, and some investors, business partners nila ang nandito.

"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

This is it, kasal na nga talaga kami. Hindi na pwedeng takasan.

Ashton lean and kissed me on my lips at wala akong magawa dahil maraming tao ang nakatingin sa amin. I'm blushing because it's my first kiss.

Hindi na lang ako nagsasalita at ngumiti na lamang. It's time for picture taking and next is throwing the bouquet but I'm thinking na ibigay na lang ito kay Ashley para sila naman ni kuya ang sumunod. And I hope that their marriage is not like mine, I hope they'll have a genuine love and happiness.

So I did it, binigay ko ng kusa kay Ashley ang bouquet sabay tingin sa kapatid ko, signing him to make a move.

Malapit lang ang hotel ng mga Dewisht kaya naisipan nilang doon na lang ang wedding reception dahil malaki naman ang kanilang hall, also less hassle sa paghahanap ng venue.

Hindi na din kami aalis papuntang Switzerland para sa honeymoon dahil sunday ang alis ko papuntang Cebu for training. They plan na pagkatapos ng training ko syaka kami pupunta.

Nauna ang mga bisita sa reception at huli kami ni Ashton.

He keeps on glancing but I just don't mind him.

"Why are you so silent since the start of the ceremony?"

"Why do you care? Mind your own business. Let's just go para matapos na ito. I want to rest."

Ashton lead the way sa gitna at doon kami nagsimulang sumayaw. Everyone's taking photos at hindi nagpapahuli si Ashley, she will tease me after this.

"Cassandra can we act normal when we're together, for the sake of this marriage."

"Sure no problem, let's make a contract tomorrow before ako umalis."

Wala siyang karapatan para diktahan ako ng mga dapat gawin. Yes we're married but my freedom is mine.

Buti na lang at walang nakakarinig sa amin dahil kung sakali ay issue ang kalalabasan nito, and I don't like that to happen.

The song ended at dumiretso kami sa allotted seat para sa amin.

I'm so touched that I cried. Ashley and I always talked about life and about us kaya kilalang kilala na namin ang isa't isa.

Susunod ay ang Bestfriend ni Ashton which is ngayon ko lang makita at makilala.

First of all, congratulations brad Ashton and Cassandra. Sumbong mo sa amin Cassandra kapag pinaiyak ka ng kaibigan namin hahaha. Pero hindi, alam kong aalagaan ka ni Ashton tulad ng pag aalaga niya sa pamilya niya at sa amin. Intindihin mo na lang ang ugali ng asawa mo haha joke lang brad. Marami pang kaganapan ngunit hindi ko na iisa isahin.

"I need to rest, what the number of my room?"

I just ignored him at dumiretso sa higaan.
