"Hi, Yssa. So, you're finally back?" Avah asked in a surprised tone. She was quick enough to hide the embarrassment that showed on her face.
I recognized the sarcasm on her voice but I chose not to mind it.
"Yes, Avah. I just got home a few days ago," I answered and smiled at her.
Seeing her today made me realize that I have really moved on. I no longer seem to be affected by her presence. Above all, her face doesn't seem to irritate me at all. Unlike before, where just a mere thought of her immediately shakes my whole being.
