YSSA'S POV
"Bes, here!" I heard Sydney's faint shout from a far. I immediately went to our table and occupied the seat in front of her.
She stood up and hugged me.
"Oh my God! I missed you so much! How's your flight?" She then asked.
"Tiring, as usual. But I'm definitely glad to be back home," I told her.
"Yeah, someone's been waiting for you for too long," I heard her mutter something but I can't make out the words properly.
"What did you say?" I asked her curiously.
"Nothing, I said I missed you. Come on, let's order. I'm hungry," she said.
I don't know why but I suddenly felt like she's hiding something from me. But what could it be?
