Tumayo sina Gen. Arkin at Yael sa may veranda habang may mga hawak ng baso at umiinom ng alak nila. Nakatingin sila sa kalangitan at tila sinasariwa ang mga bagay-bagay.
"You have done so much for me and also for my family. To Jaime, most especially. I was just reunited with her. And it wouldn't happen if not because of you, all of you."
Nakatingin lang si Yael sa kanya na tila nakikinig lang ng sasabihin niya.
