Kung hindi pa nag-ring ang phone ni Thea, hindi niya makikitang may mga mensahe pala si Vance. She put her headset on and answered his call.
“I went at Marjorie’s house with friends.” She answered when he asked where she is. Nasa condo tower daw ito.
“Sunduin kita diyan.” Saad naman ni Vance.
“I’m already on my way home. Hintayin mo na lang ako diyan.” Tugon naman niya rito.
“Okay.” He said before she ended the call.
They spoke like nothing happened yesterday.
Huminga na lang siya ng malalim at nag-concentrate sa pagda-drive.
