I was not in my home—instead I spent my usual nights here in my flat. The hell? This can’t be Valeries’ dead body, right? Yes, I didn’t want to believe the headline but f**k—ba’t kinakabahan ako!?
I told her last night that I cared not for whatever will happen to her. Tumanggi ako na ihatid ito sa condo niya and let her be with herself along that road—knowing that there was a f***ng lunatic guy who was chasing her.
Oh, God—f**k!
Should I call—whom? Olivia? Or Valerie’s parents? F**k! Napasabunot ako sa sarili kong buhok nang unti-unti akong kinain ng konsensya. Hindi ko lang talaga gusto ang presensya niya kagabi—she’s f***ing alluring and yes, I hate to admit that I got distracted kahit pa nakakainis ang ginawa nito kagabi.
But, oh sh*t!
I grabbed my car keys after noting the morgue. I f***ing need to know if that’s Valerie’s body. I’d decided not to call anyone—not after I could confirm the case. Sh*t! Kasalanan ko ‘to. I didn’t listen—my anger and pride took over my sanity last night!
I drove to the morgue where the body was reportedly layed. I parked my car hearing now the loud thrash of my f***ing heart—how could her family take this horrendous news from their only daughter?
Damn it!
Her words still echoed in my thoughts—over and over again like how she consumed me last night.
Hindi nga ako pinatulog kagabi dahil sa kakaisip pa rin rito.
But to hell with my ego! And this happened.. F**k, Yliam!
“Good day.” Bati ko sa gwardya na nasa labas. I had to drive here first than going to my company. I had some important papers to sign before I should go our engagement venue—but I had to be here first.
“Magandang umaga po, sir.” Damn it! May maganda ba sa umaga ko ngayon!? Kinakain ako ng konsesya ko—imagining that woman being r-rape and chopped!? F**k!
Ipapapatay ko talaga ang gagong gumawa nun sa kaniya! Saka ko kinuha ang newspaper at inabot sa gwardiya at nagtanong tungkol sa headline sa balita.
Valerie:
He must have seen his face! At talagang pinuntahan niya ang morge, huh? Para akong kinikiliti sa tuwa at naiinis pa rin sa lalakeng tinitingnan ko mula rito sa tinted car ko.
Damn he’s too hot—nag-aalala siya o kakokonsensya? Hmp! Served him right! Nakakaaliw siyang tingnan—mukhang hindi pa nga nakakasuklay. Messy handsome!
“Good job, beshy.” I commend the work of my graphic artist friend. Yeah, photoshop lang naman ang fake news na yun!
“Beshy ha, baka ako na ang ma-chopchop ni Yliam niyan.” Sagot nito sa kabilang linya saka ko pinaandar ang kotse ko palayo sa lugar nang makita ko na ang pagpupuyos ni Yliam.
He already knew that I just wasted his time and he couldn’t deny that guilt smashed him!
“Of course not—walang makakaalam. Love lots, Besh and thank you so much! And yes, I owed you a two-day trip to Italy.. Chao!” Saka ako masayang nagtungo sa opisina ko—I need two hours of dahil inabangan ko talaga ang paglabas nito mula sa flat niya hanggang sa sinundan ko nga ito patungo sa morgue. I woke up early kaya just to make sure that my plan went perfect.

“Where you at, babe?” Treyvor called while I was about to park my car. Thanked God to Sia for driving my car nang makabalik siya sa club. At nang dahil rin sa kaniya kaya ako ligtas na nakauwi—gosh.
How could he just drop me in that street-rat place? He’s so..heartless when it comes to me! At gusto rin siyang pestehin ‘pag ganun—damn him!
And now..the show must go on. Heto na ako’t kakapark lang sa kotse ko sa lobby ng Ademar building.
“I just parked my car. Are you here na ba, Trey?” I turned off the car’s engine. Sabi kasi niya hihintayin niya ako sa labas but I can’t see him.
“Yeah, I’m on my way, babe. Hintayin mo nalang ako sa loob..”
“Yes, Trey.. Take care and please be in haste now. Ayokong magmukhang kawawang single sa party!” Natawa lang ito sa sinabi ko.
So, naunahan ko pa siya. Hmp! Sa isang sikat na parlor na ako nagpaayos ng buhok at make-up after I bought a sexy yellow-mango backless top paired with its plain cut square pants. It’s simple, yes but I like what I had seen in the mirror.

Lalo na ang maliit kong bewang na kita ang pusod ko. My rose-gold piercing added glamourosly—I know. I even cut my hair down to shoulder length level and made it straight yet in a beautiful U-shape. I also like the rose-gold highlights on my hair.
Paired with my silver stilettos—I confidently went out my car.

Attending the engagement party of my ex-bff and my long time infatuation. Yes, my infatuation.. Hanggang ngayon—I still feel challenge!
I locked the car’s door and getting ready to made my step forward but I was thunderstruck when someone grabbed my wrist and dragged me off the corner.
It’s Yliam and his handsome fury, again!
“Jesus! W-What the hell are you doing!?” Hawak niya ako sa magkabilang balikat and he was clearly breathing hard. But damn—he’s really ready for his engagement, huh?
Kahit galit ang mukha nito—sobrang gwapo talaga ng gago on how he fitted impeccably his waistcoat. Underneath was a navy checkered buttoned down shirt with rolled sleeves and his casual trousers and shoes.
Kakainis! My infatuation stroke again.. Grr!
“You deliberately f***ing did that, didn ‘t you!?” And yes, inabangan talaga niya ako dito sa lobby kung buhay o patay na nga ba ako? Tss!
Ang lapit-lapit ng mukha niya sa’kin. Gusto ko ring i-level up ang galit ko sa kaniya dahil sa lahat-lahat ng mga pag-iinsulto niya sa’kin kagabi—hmp, kulang pa yun ‘no.
“Why, Yliam? You seemed so worried about that headline.. You should have seen your dreadful face at the morgue. Ayaw na ayaw mo akong ihatid sa condo ko pero sa morge—you went straight like a thunder bolt. Bitiwan mo nga ako!” Sabi ko saka ako nagpumiglas na makawala sa pagkakahawak niya. But he pinned me more against the wall. Nagbabaga lalo ang mga mata nito—tss!
“I am not worried, you witch! I went there to check if that news was true—“ Ba’t ba sobrang daldal ng lalakeng ito!?
I locked my lips to shut him up—so he did. I was even more surprised coz I just kissed him, right here right now!
Nauna akong bumitaw. I plastered a successful smile. “There.. Accept that as my warm thank you for checking me out. Chao!” Itinulak ko siyang bahagya at nagmamadaling makalayo sa kaniya. Nanghihinga ang tuhod ko.. God..! I just kissed Yliam!
I kissed that jerk and made him shut.
Oh God in his engagement party. God knows I wanted to jump coz tonight was so epic!
