Everyone at the school was so busy when we got there. Tarpaulins and banners are everywhere to support their supposed candidates. Every candidate was given a designated room at the backstage as their preparations room. The rooms were cozy and big enough to fit all the clothes that I was going to wear later. The space was also good enough, so we did not have a problem with it.
Everyone is so excited for this pageant. Sino ba namang hindi kung bawat school sa La Puerte ang maglalaban-laban. This pageant actually determines the pride of each school, kaya mahalagang manalo ka hindi lamang para sa sarili mo kung hindi para sa pangalan ng school na dala-dala mo.
CNU, my school, has consistently been winning this pageant. It was like a legacy that I need to continue or else... I really don't
