One Month Later...
"Wait. Can you repeat that again..."
"Your Dad and I planned this like he saw it coming. Don't forget to thank your Dad, hijo." Tumayo na siya at inayo ang mga papeles na nasa mesa and here I am, still can't process what he just said. Too shocked.
"That's all I gotta say."
"Attorney?" Tawag ko sa kaniya.
"Yes?"
"I love you!!!" Tumayo ako at niyakap siya atsaka nag-talon talon nang maproseso ang lahat ng sinabi nito.
"Thank you! Thank you!" sabi ko saka sumuntok sa buwan at iniwan naman ako nitong natatawa sa akin.
Clare and I's annulment wasn't approved, therefore, my Dad helped me without me knowing. He did his best for me not to have a registered marriage with Kina. It was just a fake one.
