I was about to confront my daughter when someone with a pair of cute leather boots interrupted my thoughts. "Magandang umaga sa 'yo, Ally." Pertaining to Alice. It's so cute that she even have a nickname from his friend that only he— Limerick can call. "Sorry, Limerick. I don't speak noodles," she murmured in a serious voice; making me giggle. "It's not noodles, Ally." The cute boy insisted. She just rolled her eyes and continue playing with Brenda. "I said, It's not noodles!" She just raised her left eyebrow and said, "You're an alien then." She grew up here and she only speak english. Unlike Limerick who masters tagalog because it was often used inside their house— that's what he said. Me and Lyle never speak tagalog whenever Alice is around— so she could understand what we're saying
