Alice’s heart started beating so fast the moment her eyes met with Cyan’s. It felt as if the time froze… like their world stopped from moving.
Her heart is beating so fast; so fast that she can’t almost breathe, it felt like she just ran a whole marathon because of how fast it was beating. It was also pounding so loud that she’s scared that he might hear it.
Her heart hasn’t raced this much ever since she last saw him, it last raced like this because of him, and it’s now racing like this once again because of him.
She cannot deny it anymore. Her heart is already telling her… confirming her feelings for him… that her love for him is genuine.
