"Dad baka late na po ako maka-uwi mamaya, I'll meet up with my college friends after work." I said while munching on my breakfast.

"Dad me too, I also need to buy something from the mall." Ellie said and I nod, looking at dad's direction. He put down his utensils and sigh.

"Anong oras kayo uuwi?" Dad asked and I swallowed the foods in my mouth.

"Maybe around... 7 PM dad, is that okay?" I said and dad nods.

"Ikaw Ellie?" He asked, looking at Ellie's direction.

"Around... 6 PM dad." Ellie replied and dad slowly nods.

"Why can't you go home early, Angel?" Dad asked and my mouth formed a small 'o'.

"Kasi dad... its bonding time with my classmates. Come on dad, I'm 24 already and will turn 25 soon, hindi naman na po ako bata." I said and dad chuckled, so is mom.

"I told you they will use that to you soon." Mom said and my brows furrowed. I look at Ellie and even her have the confused look printed on her face.

"Okay, I have made up my mind." Dad said and I look back at him.

"Since you two are old enough and you have proved yourselves at work. I made up my mind that you two no longer have curfews and go wherever you want." Dad said and my eyes widened. My jaw dropped and my head snap at Ellie's direction who have the same shocked reaction. Before we could could squeal, but once again speaks.

"But, in exchange, me and your mom will stop giving your allowance." Dad said and my eyes widened.

"Sure dad! Of course! We are having our own salaries anyways!" I squealed and dad chuckled, shaking his head. I look once again at Ellie and we both squeal like teenage girls making mom chuckle.

"Bonus na 'yan ng dad niyo sa inyo. Maganda ang nagiging performance niyo sa kumpanya. Me and your dad thinks that you two need to live your life to the fullest now." Mom said and my head snap at her direction.

"Thanks mom, thanks dad! Promise mag-iingat ako if may pupuntahan man akong lugar." I said and mom and dad nods. I look back at Ellie who still have the exciting face.

"Mom, dad, what about buying our own condo units?" Ellie asked and dad looked at her.

"When you're 25 already. And when you can buy on your own." Dad said and Ellie pouted.

"Me dad? Once I turn 25? I can buy one for myself?" I asked and dad nods.

"Just be wise on picking a unit. Like what your mom said, you should start living your life to the fullest now." Dad said and I nod.

"They didn't mention anything about having a boyfriend. You and Ezekiel is turning... 2 years now?" Ellie said while we are insider her car.

Yes, her car. Her and our parents had a negotiation and they agreed to help Ellie buy her own car. The parts is 70% and 30%. And Ellie have enough savings to buy one for herself. So everyday, she drive the both of us to the company. Means no more driver, and more privacy.

"Yes, it's actually  our anniversary today." I said and I hear her gasp.

"Really!? Kaya pala! Enjoy ha? I heard he bought a condo unit for himself." She said and my eyes slowly traveled at her direction.

"Hey, it's not gonna go that way." I said and I hear her chuckle.

"Sinasabi ko lang naman na bumili siya ng condo unit niya. Ano bang nasa isip ko?" She asked and a pout formed on my lips.

"I know what you mean kanina, Ellie. Don't act like you don't know what you mean kanina." I said and she chuckled.

"Just kiss?" She asked and I shake my head.

"Eh!? Sure ka? How can you two stand a relationship with no... intimate i*********e?" She asked and my brows furrowed.

"Ano ba naman 'yan Ellie!? Is that your preference in love life? Grabe ha! Relationship is not just about deep kisses and.. and s*x! Hindi ganon 'yon!" I said and she burst out laughing.

"Okay okay, I get it now. It's not about those. Okay, I get it now." She said and I chuckled before shaking my head.

We arrived at the company and I went straight to my cubicle. There I saw a bouquet of white roses and a smile formed on my lips. I pick up the bouquet and reach for the small card.

I'll pick you up later sa cafe near your company. See you!

I pursed my lips as I feel my cheeks heat up. I put down the bouquet back to my desk and put down my bag as well and start my day.

I make sure  that I finished all the work loads assigned to me so that I wont be thinking of those while I'm with Ezekiel later. I just also took my lunch quick and return to work.

Around 5pm, I logged out to our biometrics and went to the cafe near the building. I waited for few minutes before I saw Ezekiel entering the cafe. A smile immediately formed on our lips as our eyes met.

"Hey, kanina ka pa ba?" He asked before planting a soft kiss on my forehead.

I smiled and shake head, "Hindi naman, kani-kanina lang." I said and he slowly nod.

"So, lets go? I prepared something for us. Something special for our 2nd year anniversary." He said and I chuckled.

"Its always special Zekie, kahit ano pa 'yan, it's special of course. Basta galing sayo." I said and he chuckled before reaching for my hand and leave the cafe.

"Zekie... why are... why are we heading heading Guillermo University?" I asked as I  saw the large buildings of the school.

He chuckled, "Its a surprise." He said and I slowly nod. He entered the gates of the university and parked the car. He opened the door for me and lead me to a new building. This building is not here when we were still students here that's why I know its new.

He lead me to the stairs of the building. And when we reach the door of the rooftop, I can't help but to get excited. I have never been to a rooftop before. We were always told not to because its dangerous. But Ezekiel is using his privilege as the son of the owner of the school.

"Surprise!" He shout as we reach the center of the rooftop. There I saw a cushion on the floor while it's decorated with some white and pink cloth and LED lights.

"Hindi ako ang gumawa nito, not Ace too because that guy is busy in his work life. So I just asked him to think of a design for me and I just asked some students from the university to do it for me." He said as I sit down on the soft cushion.

"Ikaw talaga, inabala mo pa yung iba. But I like it, thank you Zekie." I said and he giggled. He pull a food cart closer to us and started serving our foods.

"I cooked some of these, but I ordered the chicken barbecues from Sylver's restaurant." He said as he place down the boxes and containers of food.

"This is so cute Zekie! Para tayong mga teenagers na nag pi-picnic." I said and he chuckled.

"I'm glad you like it. Akala ko hindi mo magugustuhan because it doesn't look fancy." He said and my brows furrowed.

"Hindi ah! I like it! I'm okay with any set-up Zekie. And I like this one so much! I like the cold breeze here." I said and he nods before sitting down across me. All the foods in front of us.

"The view is nice too. After we eat, I'll take pictures of you, okay?" He softly said and I nod.

We started eating and he knows that once I started eating, I just want to focus on my food only and only my food. I don't want talking to someone but they can still talk to me. I'm still approachable but as much as possible, I don't want anyone talking to me.

"How's work?" He suddenly ask I the middle the food. I also know he can't handle too much silence or awkwardness. We may be in a relationship for two years but we still feel awkward at each other sometimes.

I chuckled a little, "Its fine, I finished all my works this day so I don't have to worry about them while we are celebrating." I said and he nods. He look straight to my eyes and smiled. For a second I thought I saw stars in his eyes.

"Happy 2nd anniversary, Angel." He softly said and I smiled.

I put down my fork and lean forward to give him a kiss to his soft lips.

"Happy 2nd anniversary, Ezekiel." I said and he slightly chuckled. He turn around and when be faced me once again, he's holding a small bag from Prada already.

"I bought us these." He said before pulling put a small box from the bag.

My brows furrowed and tilts my head a bit, "What's that?" I asked and he chuckled. He pull out a necklace from the box that made me gasp.

"Zekie! That's so... beautiful!" I said and he giggled before putting it on me. I touch the pendant that is a cursive letter A.

"Please put this on me too." He said as he hand me another one that have the same pendant as mine.

"A?" I asked as I put it on him. I heard him chuckle.

"You're so used on calling me Ezekiel and Zekie, I'm Alaire Ezekiel, Angel." He said and my eyes widened.

"Oo nga pala! Sorry I forgot!" I said and he chuckled before nodding.

"Its fine, ang cute mo kapag nag pa-panic ka, but not in bad way." He said and I just felt my cheeks heat up.

"By the way, I have good news." I said and he lean closer.

"What is is?" He asked,

"Mom and dad let us go anywhere we want. We don't have curfew anymore. That means, we can meet up anytime without worrying about mom and dad." I said and he smiled.

"That's great! Good for you and us too. We can enjoy more time with each other." He said and I nod.

"And they said once I turn 25, I can buy myself my own condo unit too. I can finally live on my own now." I said and he slowly nod.

I pursed my lips, "And maybe... maybe we can tell them about us too."
