Chapter Twenty Eight
“I’m f*****g sure that f*****g Rogannes has Hadie.” Crane snarled with gritted teeth, his clenched fists were resting on the table.
“We aren’t sure yet.” Valian replied in a calm tone while he was looking at the map Lewis was showing. He had already gone used to Crane’s disrespect towards him, because he knew Crane had always been more than meets the eye. It’s not that he was afraid of him. He just had his reasons to understand him despite of his attitude.
Reasons he wasn’t ready to share to anyone yet.
Crane’s eyes narrowed as an impenetrable amount of anger ran through his veins like acid that’s slowly burning his last leap of self-control. “Then turn their place upside down until we’re sure they don’t have her.”
Letting out a heavy sigh, Valian straightened up
