Arellano Construction Company is owned by Caedmon Varick Arellano. It was established on May 3, 2020, and was formerly named Arellano Cement and Materials Company. The company is becoming well-known in the Philippines and was involved in one of the largest projects, Hotel Maharlika, last year. It is also planning to expand to other countries, with Thailand as its initial target.
