Umawang ang aking labi sa narinig. I don't get what is he saying right now. What does he even mean?!
"Just please..." mahinang sabi ko at saka tumingin sa aking mga paa. "I need the name."
"Alright. But I have a condition." he said.
Agad akong napatingin sa kanya.
"Ano 'yun?" tanong ko.
Segundo lamang nang humawak siya sa kanyang ulo at bahagyang hinilot ito.
He looked at me.
"I want you to let me join in your team for the investigations. Gusto ko kasama ako. And by the means of that, I want to be included in everything. Meetings, interview, negotiating, researching... all of it." he said with full of authority. As if like he has a hold of me.
Lalo yatang nanlaki ang aking mga mata sa kanyang kundisyon. It would mean that I have to be with him most of the time!
