I walk up to Kate and pulled her to the bed. She was still in tears. "I'm sorry, for everything" I say and kissed her forehead. Kate turns away from me and sighs, "We can't do this anymore, you're getting married tomorrow" she says.
I stayed quiet for a while and nodded my head. "I understand, I apologize" I say.
"You're getting married to a king! It's time for you to focus on yourself, I'm going to miss you, but I need you to be happy" Kate says with a weak smile.
I could tell that she was hurt and that made me feel even more ashamed.
Kate then leans closer to me and kisses me. Her lips were soft, just like I could remember. She then pulls away and smiles again.
"When we kissed, it was special. But you are getting married tomorrow, I want you to enjoy the wedding and teach me to become a pet afterwards" Kate says. I sighed when she said that, "I won't be able to teach you anymore, my mother will teach you" I say.
Kate went quite for a moment. I just knew that she didn't like that idea.
"It's alright, I understand. Now go, get ready for the wedding" She finally says.
I quickly leaned in and kissed her one last time, it was a a kiss goodbye. She then wrapped her arms around me and soon let go.
I then got up and walked towards the door, I turned to look at her one last time.
