"Elyana!"
Elyana was just about to exit the building when Jodi called her name. The lady was smiling widely as she approached her.
"Jodi, hi!" she greeted back. She hasn't seen Jodi again since she was reassigned to work for the CEO.
"How are you? You are looking really great, girl! Isn't it stressful to work directly for the boss?" Jodi hugged her.
"I'm okay," she hugged her back. "How about you? How's working with Shanel?"
"Oh, such a headache!" she pulled away from the hug. "Let's go home together? I feel like it's been so long since you got transferred. Hey, I heard you went to New York with Mr. Hansen?" an intriguing smile was playing on her lips.
"Yeah," she did not deny the gossip that she heard. "It was for business. A very short trip. Not worth the jetlag."
