Keiji can't seem to comprehend what just happened. It has been around thirty minutes but he has yet to stand up and check what is going on. It is like he got frozen on the spot as an ice crystal plucks his heart out of his chest, slowly to make it more painful.
When he finally gets to pull himself together, he then panics as he walks in circles, touring around his whole living room while biting the nails of his fingers.
He opens his window and checks what is outside, only to be welcomed by the dark night sky and neighbors who are now probably asleep. He checks the time.
