“Mercy.” The fourteen-year-old Sabrina stared at the nametag that was given to her in the military school where she had to attend in exchange of the help that the WIC was giving to her mother. She sighed. “Why am I the only one sacrificing my life?” she asked, gripping the nametag in her hand. Tears pooled  in her eyes as she felt the throbbing ache in every muscle of her body after a day of military training and drills. “I am not Mercy,” she hissed to herself, limpily walking the dark alley towards their house. “Why do I have to also sacrifice my name?” While tears falling on her cheeks, Sabrina chuckled.
