Bother

"Hi, Doc!" Bati ni Emma pagkapasok ni Amber sa Cafe Shop.

"Hey, Emma." She greeted back.

"Walang pasyente ngayon, Doc?"

Umiling siya. "I still have my free time." Tumingin siya sa Menu at pumili ng makakain. Wala pa kasi siyang breakfast kaya dito siya dumeretso pagkagising niya sa umaga. "Is this Golden cheese cake available?"

"Yes, Doc. Hindi ka nanaman po nag-breakfast?"

Ngumiti siya. "Okay, one slice nyan. I have no time to cook kaya dito na ako dumeretso." Namili pa siya ng makakain. "At isama mo na rin 'tong Black Americano."

She was not really fun of plain coffee, she wants her coffee sweet, but she thinks it better to have a strong coffee. Wala kasi siyang matinong tulog dahil sa kakaisip sa lalaking iyon. Hindi talaga siya pinatulog, kahit anong pilit niyang iwaksi sa kanyang isip, ngunit palagi namang pumupuslit ang senaryong iyon sa kanyang isipan. Nagawa namang niyang makatulog ngunit kahit sa panaginip ay ayaw siyang tigilan, she ended up waking having wet dreams. For the first time in her life, she just had her freaking wet dreams! It was really embarrassing.

"No sugar or cream?"

"Yes, just plain black."

"Okay, one slice of Golden cheesecake and one Black Americano without sugar and cream, coming right up!"

Nang matapos umorder, habang naghihintay ay dumeretso na siya sa favorite spot niya, luckily, it's vacant kaya masayang siyang umupo doon. She opened the laptop she had brought and looked at some of her patients' charts. Makalipas lang din ng ilang minuto ay dumating na din ang order niya. She sipped on her coffee. Kumapit sa kanyang lalamunan ang tapang at pait ng kape, but she likes it that way to make her stay awake.

She took a bit of her cake. It's full of cheese filling and cheese powder on top, it has mixed sweet and salty flavors. She likes it.

She looked at her wristwatch, she had finished reading the patient's chart and she still have an hour to wait before her next appointment. Since she still have time, she looked for something on the search bar.

Zaire Villegas...

Who wouldn't that he'll be that man? Of all people, she can be with that night, why someone like him? I mean, there's nothing wrong with him. He's handsome, great body--she got blushed when she suddenly remembered his body. She didn't directly see it, but she felt it.

He's pretty famous too and a powerful young man. He was featured too, in a different magazine.

'He's too aloof and a private person, but for most people who knew him, he's a great doctor and a CEO. I have gathered more information about him, this is just an opinion of people who personally knew him, they said that he's a ruthless person when it comes to business. He was known for being strict and serious, some even say that he's a perfectionist, and he doesn't want any failure. He already achieved a lot, as a Doctor of Medicine and as a CEO of Villegas Pharmaceutical Inc. and Medical and Equipment Machinery with different awards.

He's already in his 30s, and yet he remains single, however, he was seen a lot with different women. When will he settle then? Who will be the lucky woman?

Kung alam lang talaga niya at kilala niya ang lalaking iyon, hinding-hindi siya lalapit sa lalaking iyon. His reputation might ruin hers! People are judgemental at alam niyang madikit lang siya sa lalaki ay alam niyang marami ng masasabi ang mga tao about sa kanya. Sana nga ay hindi na niya makita pa ito.

Gulat na sinarado ni Amber ang laptop, pabagsak pa iyon dahil nataranta siyang baka makita ang ginagawa niya.

A big smile was plastered on his lips. "We meet again, Amber."

She was stunned, she can't believe to see the man he doesn't to meet again. At bakit parang ang sarap atang pakinggan ng pangalan kapag binigkas nito? Napailing siya--Tigilan mo ang pagpapantasya, Amber.

She tried to compose herself and recover from the shock.

"Yes, Mr. Villegas? Is there something you need?" Amber asked him in a formal tone.

Napataas ang kilay niya nang maupo ito sa kaharap niyang upuan. How can he so rude, when she didn't invite him to sit with her?

Pumalumbaba pa ito at mataman na tumingin sa kanya. Pilit niyang tinapatan ang tingin nito. She can't let him know that she knew him.

"You don't need to be formal, Amber, calling by my name is fine and yes, I do need something from you," he said.

"Mr. Villegas, it's Doc or Ms. Cañete for you; there's no need to address you by name since we aren't even close or haven't met yet other than when you came to see me with your nephew," she explained.

Hindi niya hinayaang umiwas ng tingin, she need to act innocent, yet intimidating. She knows he's trying to read her emotion, but sadly, she won't let him.

Napaisip naman si Zaire. Imposibleng hindi siya ang babaeng iyon, he can't forget every part of her face kahit medyo madilim ng gabing iyon, he can still clearly see her, every inch of her ay kabisado niya. They even have the same name, Amber. What a lovely name, a precious gem that needs to be treasured. He doesn't know why amber is acting like she doesn't know him, or maybe she's just too shy to admit it?

Kahit ano pa man ang rason nito ay gagawin niya ang lahat para lamang umamin ito. One reason kung bakit niya ito hinanap aside from he was her first, he is attracted to her, simula umpisa pa lamang ay ginising na nito ang natutulog niyang pagnanasa-No, what he mean was, since his college days when he was still young, he admit that he's a playboy. "Who?" Amber asked.

"The woman I have slept with. She has the same name as yours. I met her at the club, you know, she just left me after taking advantage of me."

"What?!" How dare he say that? Ito pa ang na-take advantage? She was a virgin too! Ang kapal naman ng lalaking itong sabihin ang take advantage na yan.

"Why? Are you mad?" Napakurap-kurap siya. D*mn! She almost lost her composure.

"Why would I? I-I was just shocked, are you a virgin?" biglang tanong niya, huli na para maisip na ang t*nga ng tanong niya.

Zaire smirked. "Not anymore, what about you, are you still a virgin?"

The nerve of this guy to ask her! Napatingin siya sa paligid kung may nakarinig.

Nagkibit-balikat lamang ang lalaki. Prente itong sumandal sa upuan nito. "Tinanong mo ako kaya tinanong din kita, we're just the same."

Is he really the Zaire Villegas, a ruthless, strict and serious person na gaya ng nabasa niya sa article?

"At bakit ko naman sasagutin?"

"I still need something to confirm." Mukhang desidido talaga itong paaminin siya. "I'm actually looking for her."

What does he really want? Bakit ginagawa niyang big deal ang nangyari sa kanila? Hindi ba dapat ay matuwa pa ito dahil hindi siya humahabol? Umiwas siya na siya ng tingin at baka maabutan pa siya. She suddenly became conscious lalo na ng bumaba ang tingin nito sa katawan niya. "Her thing between her thighs, it was pretty, a precious gem just like her name," dagdag pa nitong sabi. Siguro kung hindi lang siya nakaupo ay nakatutok din ang tingin nito doon.

She thinks she got the wrong information, malayong-malayo sa description na nabasa niya. But she was curious too why he's looking for her. "Bakit mo siya hinahanap?"

"Malaki ang atraso niya," sagot ni Zaire. What? Dahil nanaman ba ito sa taken advantage na ginigiit niya kanina?

Naiwan tuloy siyang naka-t*nga lang. Grrr. She have a lot of patience, pero pagdating ata sa lalaking ito ay mabilis maubos ang pasensiya niya.

Naiwan si Amber na nagngingit sa inis, habang masaya naman si Zaire na sumakay sa kanyang kotse. She still looks cute even when frowning. Napangisi naman siya sa naisip niya susunod na plano upang paaminin ito.

"Just you wait, Amber..." Zaire said.
