Nathaniel woke up feeling empty. He didn't see KC when he opened his eyes thus it felt like there's a hole inside his heart. He doesn't like the feeling. He used to wake up alone for ten years but with KC around when he woke up, doesn't feel the same way. He felt complete with her being by his side, his arms. He wanted to see her everytime he opened his eyes but it didn’t happen today.
He climbed down the bed and was about to walk to the bathroom when something caught his eyes on top of the side table, a folded piece of paper. He reached the note and saw it with KC's handwriting.
