Lots of things were whirling inside my head as I stared at Paloma. She was sleeping peacefully on Nina's bed, fully clothed this time. For now, the situation could still be controlled. But what about tomorrow? How long would I be able to hide her? I sighed in frustration as I turned to Nina who was leaning against the door frame. I knew she felt awkward as I stood in the middle of her small dorm, and much uncomfortable because a stranger was sleeping on her bed. "This is only temporary, Nina." I walked towards her. "I'll find a better place for Paloma sooner so you won't be disturbed here." She took a peek at Paloma over my shoulder and gazed at me. "Her stay here is not a problem at all.
