I was in the office when my phone rang, it was an unknown number, I wasn't supposed to answer it but the caller is very persuasive.
"Hello"
"I want you back Rose" I recognized immediately that voice it was Jaxon, I hang up, I don't want to talk to him anymore, For days he keeps on bothering me, until one day, I heard a knock on my door, it opened and I saw my secretary piped from my door
"Ms. Rose may nag hahanap po sainyo" my secretary said with worried face in her
"Sino Vicky?" I ask, just like a Que my ex-husband barge inside my office with a suited man beside him.

"And you think that I will allow that? I'm their mother, and I will not give up my children even if it will cost me my life, so I want you to leave or I will call security" I said furiously.
"We are not done Rose you here me, I will get them no matter what." sabi nito and left my office
I felt that all my energy drain, napaupo ako sa swivel chair ko. I'm scared I don't want to lose my children they mean everything to me. I dialed Alexis number
"Find me a lawyer" I called bungad ko sa kanya.

"Jaxon want here and he wants the full custody of the children" I explain
"Tarantado talaga yang ex mo e, sige sige ako nang bahala" she hangs up, I don't feel like working anymore so I canceled all my appointment that afternoon, it bothers me a lot, thinking that my kids will be gone. I went to the nursery where my children go.
"Mommy!" both of my children shouts when they saw me
Dinala ko sila sa bahay ng parents ko, I talk to my dad about the situation he also offers to find a lawyer, I was about to agree when Alexis called and said that she already found one. She told me to meet her and the lawyer in Sabroso Restaurant near Avari.
I arrived first since I was the nearest. When Alexis arrived I saw the girl in the bar, George if I'm not wrong, She reaches out her hands and introduces herself to me

"George may favor ako, Naalala mo ba si Rose, yung kaybigan ko?" Alexis said, I just nodded "Kaylangan nya nang abogado, ikaw agad ang naisip ko, she need help with her children, you see her ex went to her earlier and want the full custody of their children"
"I see," I said to her, of course I'll help them, not because I want the money but to see those remarkable eyes of Rose. I don't know but I find her very interesting. But it was a major turn off when I found out that she's married and has kids. We're already headed towards Sabroso where we'll discuss the case.
There I saw her, when she saw us she immediately stood up and gave Alexis a hug, she looks worried but still beautifu- what am I saying? I reach my hand towards her and introduced myself to her
"Atty. Georgina Santos" I said
"Please let's have a sit" We all sat down and I gave them a folder.
"I'll start by explaining Physical custody, it is establishes where a child lives and who decides day-to-day issues regarding the child. If a parent has physical custody of a child, that parent's home will normally be the child's legal residence. The times during which parents provide lodging and care for the child is defined by a court-ordered custody parenting schedule." I discuss to them "I will also discuss to you that any child that is below 6 years old should be on their mother's care so we won't have a problem in that since the twins are 4 years old right?"
"So there is a chance that I'll be having their full custody right?" Rose ask
"As long as you don't abuse them physically or emotionally, you have a stable income and you don't do drugs, then there's nothing to worry about" I assured
"That's good to hear," Alexis said, I saw Rose massage her head and tilted a little that expose her slim and white neck
"May I ask kung pano napunta sa gantong situation ito?"
"Jaxon my ex was bothering me for over a week now, he wants me back but I refuse, I would never come back to him, after all that he has done to me why would I, Maybe he thinks that in what he's doing I'll come back to him"
"Do you still love him?" Alexis add
"I do but my love for him was not like my love for him before" she explained, that maid my heart flushed, I don't know what is happening to me but I think I have a little crush on her, but of course I need to be professional.
"Don't worry I assure you that we'll win this case" I even held the top of her hand, it was warm and it feels good. She smiled at me and thanked me. "you know that I can't Johnny" I smiled sadly, Johnny is 8 years younger than me, his currently studying Engineering in August University at graduating na ito next year

"But Dad made it clear Johnny, I can never come back, and even if he wants me there, I can never stay to a house that doesn't accept who I am"
"Pero tanggap kita ate, kahit ano ka pa, I always will accept who you are, I love you" he held my hands
"Thanks, but you know I can't go, but I'll always send a gift for you" he hugged me I invite him in pero tumangi na ito, dumaan lang daw talaga ito para makausap sya. He looked a little sad. Pumasok ako sa aking apartment at bumungad sakin ang tahimik na lugar.
I've been leaving alone for almost three years, it gets lonely sometimes but I got used to it. I could use some red wine right now, so I grab my wine Glass and got one bottle of wine on my cupboard

"Why aren't you asleep?" I asked
"I can't sleep because of the things happening to me; to my children"
"There's nothing to worry I'll do everything for us to win" I sincerely say, I heard her sigh "take a rest we'll discuss everything to the court tomorrow."
"Goodnight George" she just says and hangs up the phone
