HENNY
“Henny, love? Breakfast na.”
Napangiwi ako nang marinig iyon kay Arthur. I just got out of the bathroom in my workout set, my hair is still wet and I don’t have any make-up on.
“Hi, love. Ano’ng mero’n?” It is my first time having breakfast at home again. Humila ako ng upuan sa mesa at pinansin ang waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, pati kapeng nakahain.
Ngayon na lang ako uli kumain dito dahil wala na si Yunari. I don’t know where that girl went, but I heard she went back to her hometown. Wala na rin daw kasi siyang mahanap na trabaho rito sa Maynila, ayon kay Arthur.
Naiinis ako sa babae na ‘yon at gustong-gusto ko siyang sabunutan ‘pag nakakasalubong ko sa bahay. Pero tinitiis ko na lang for the love of the act and for the sake of my mission.
