Chapter 19 - SLEEPOVER

Vincent's POV

I was trying to find something at the library where we were at for their review. Jules told me that they had to cram.

I don't even know what the need is to cram for an exam because we always made sure to review for them and prepare at least for a week before.

Naalala ko tuloy kami ni Walter. Kahit ata kasi hindi na mag-review or mag-cram si Walter ay okay lang siya. Hindi naman daw niya need i-ace ang bawat subject sa exams nila. If you were wondering, Walter Nuez's course is Business Administration. He had to learn about business so that he can manage their company. Pero hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit nag-tayo pa siya ng publishing company eh may company naman silang sarili, although not related to literature.

As for me, I don't want to brag but I also can get through tests without cramming. I am quite good at memorization, it's why nakaka-pasa ako on every test. It's also why I graduated with flying colors at San Beda even if I am taking up law. Nag-take na din ako ng advanced classes before.

"Psst! Bakit ang tahi-tahimik mo?" Pabulong na tanong ni Jules sa akin. He was currently looking up a book about Thermodynamics Physics.

I put my index fingers at my lips and made a shushing sound. Then I pointed at the end of the aisle where we can see the entrance and exit doors and the front desk manned by a nerdy looking guy with a signage at the top that says 'Library'.

Napa-irap naman sa akin si Jules. "Nanga-asar ka ba?" He asked, squinting his eyes at me. I laughed.

"No, why?" I answered, also asking.

"Psh!" This time ay masama na ang tingin na ipinu-pukol niya sa akin. Ay ang cute!
