“Kalen...” tawag ni Margareth sa kanyang asawa.
“Yes moo?”
“Marami na tayong apo.”
Kalen smiled at her and kissed her hand.
“Matatanda na tayo… Mapuputi na ang mga buhok natin… Kalen, thank you for sticking with me. Thank you for tolerating me and thank you for loving me… Walang araw na nagdaan na hindi ko ramdam ang pagmamahal mo sa akin. I love you…”
Nakita niyang unti-unting umulap ang mga mata nito. Kalen’s going to cry…
“Moo… I love you.” Kalen said and kissed her hand as if his life depends on it. Tumulo ang luha mula sa kanyang mga mata.
“Please don’t ever tell Kelsey and Keliza about the baby that we lost back then… Never let them know about it…” sabi niya rito. Kalen’s tears fell from his eyes. He slowly nodded.
“Are you sure you don’t want to call them?”
