"What do you mean, accidentally killed?" I rose from my seat and went in front of him. He was still looking anxiously confused.
"I did not hear everything. But one thing was clear, they accidentally killed Nanny Josie when she refused to give them what they want. And whatever that might be, I do not know," he admitted. My heart felt like it was being stabbed a million times. What could have been the reason for her to end up dying? What did they want from her? This is so painful, and my pain is only adding to the rage in my heart for Jared and Veronica.
"You should ask your mother! Ask her and make sure to get the answer I need, or I won't talk to you ever again!" I angrily declared and burst out crying. How could they do that to her? They are so evil!
