I almost jumped out of bed when I heard Ray scream inside my head using the link I have with him. I was peacefully sleeping but his horrified scream woke the hell out of me. If only I could die, I would have died from a heart attack because of my minor gods.
“What is it, Ray?” I asked, trying to sound as calm as I could manage. “What’s with the reaction?” I asked again when he did not answer my first question.
“The…T-The God of Darkness is here!” he screamed before the link was cut off.
I immediately jumped out of bed and rushed towards the hallway to check if that bastard god is really there, and to my surprise, he was standing there with a teasing grin on his face. He was surrounded by my minor gods, all ready to fight him.
