Edith got the letter already. She has read it for a couple of times already. “Hermana Clauds! Look he told me he loves me. Gosh! I am freaking out. Isn’t he sweet?” Edith showed the letter to her. It was too close to her face she barely saw the words.
“Let me take a good look at it.” She grabbed the letter and read it out loud. Before she could finish the first sentence, Edith stopped her with her fingers in Claudia’s lips.
“Not here. Mama might hear us. She will definitely tease me when she knows about this.” Edith told hermana Claudia. They were sitting in the sala gossiping about the whereabouts of the newly appointed Parish Priest and the gorgeous altar boys he took in.
