After Azeed, Vermilion, and the entire Demon Kingdom, as the Core Forces were getting wiped out by them.

Suzy informed the other Core Forces that escaped after the barrier was broken.

Suzy Tereus.

Srinagar called her telepathically.

Srinagar, where are you?

Suzy asked him as she was surprised by his calling.

It would appear that Exos failed once again, only this time he failed to his own death.

Exos said.

What now? Right now I am leading the others to escape, this is a lost cause, we can't attempt to defeat them without Exos and the other Nexus.

Suzy said as she is guiding the others to leave the island.

Where are Incandescence, Nen, and Devas?

Srinagar asked.

I shouldn't explain more right now, not that we're still here.

Suzy thought, away from their conversion.

They were killed, Nen was killed by Azeed's servants, Incan and Devas, I don't know, I shall tell you there when I get back.

Suzy said.

That's sad to hear, I need to know more, but I should help them out first.

Srinagar thought.

As a friend, I shall help out, get them back to the Core.

Srinagar instructed her.

But they will eventually locate our base, now that Exos is gone, they will have an easy way of doing so.

Suzy said, worried.

Srinagar asked her, telling her to still do so.

Suzy asked.

Please take care of me, Srinagar, I don't technically have powers, be it magic or energy-based powers, I'm just really good at all weapons that I use.

Suzy said.

Sure, anyhow escape there now, I'm seeing a few signals coming towards you.

Srinagar said after noticing.

Don't worry about them, I saw them too, besides the remaining Core Forces have escaped already.

I shall leave them to you then, I will activate the Dissuading Spell, leave immediately.

Srinagar told her.

Suzy said as she took her sword from the scabbard from her left waist.

Ready to fight the Demon Commanders, Surgon and Repertoire, that are on the way.

Srinagar then left to activate the Dissuading Spell.

When the Demons arrived, they fought Suzy in close combat, overwhelming Suzy in numbers, she backed off immediately.

YOU, WHERE ARE THE REST OF YOU!?

Surgon asked her, persistent to know.

Suzy thought, cursing them.

Suzy said, threatening them.

Repertoire threatened her back.

This is not looking good, they're really serious now, I thought they're serious earlier, but... it's like Demons are now far powerful than we've known.

Suzy thought, worried.

You should really be getting out there, my spell is on its way now.

Srinagar informed her telepathically.

Suzy was surprised.

Well, it has been a fun time we had spent together, but unfortunately, I have to bid farewell.

Suzy said as she withdraws her sword back to her scabbard.

She then used her Core to teleport out of the island.

The spell then was activated and the effect has taken effect.

Azeed asked Kenny.

Kenny then took longer to decide.

Mina thought.

Kenny, what's wrong?

Azeed asked her again.

Kenny said, she then switched controls with Cypher.

This might be my first time talking to Cypher, the other times I just saw her and talked to her just for the mission.

Mina thought.

I'm not her Master anymore, well, not in that sense since they don't call me Master anymore, they call me Sir Azeed because I don't want to enforce the Master-servant relationship anymore.

Azeed said.

Sir Azeed too will suffice since it's easier, so show us what the spell looks like, Kenny said you can show us that.

Azeed said, asking Cypher.

She then activated her Opaque projection, showing and imaging the process of the spell that Srinagar chanted over the other Demons and them as well.

It's like an Enchantment spell, I've seen this kind of spell before, but this is on a different scale, unfortunately, I can't replicate this right now, I need to see the caster cast this first.

Mina thought.

Isn't this like a Super level spell? That's kind of like powerful too, to be able to use it against us is pretty bold and hard, Sir Azeed, how strong is your Mind resistance?

Nico said, asking Azeed afterward.

I think it's about level 9 since I'm a Paladin, I thought no one will use them against me that's why I didn't waste pushing it to level 10, now I think I should.

Azeed said.

Whoever is the one that chanted that is powerful enough to not be scared to use it in the nick of time.

I couldn't even fathom how powerful this being really is, I'm wondering where this caster is?

Mina said, asking of its whereabouts.

Mina asked, apologizing to Cypher.

We should track them down since they might be one of the strongest figures that the UNE has, we might have killed their leader, but an organization doesn't just disband when one leader dies.

Mina said, suggesting to find the caster.

But they replace them and continue it, that's for sure.

Nico said.

It seems that you want to take this mission, Mina, are you up for it?

Azeed said, asking if Mina wants to do it.

Are we not gonna do it together?

Nico asked.

Unfortunately, Nico, I will be deciphering Ivan's spell, Shiro needs to rest his energy, he now knows what energy exhaustion feels like, which leaves Kai, Kenny, Mildred, and Gazelle to be the ones that will open the store, of course, we all need to show up for the reopening of the store because that will be disrespectful for our loyal customers.

Azeed explained.

Wait... that means that I'll be with Nico for this mission?

Mina asked.

Mina thought, worrying.

Yes, don't worry too much, Mina, Nico is a good partner than you worry about, trust me, right now, I want all of us to do separate things so that we can do more things than one, anyway, speaking of which, where's Gazelle again?

Azeed said, easing Mina's worries as he asks where Gazelle is.

I know Mildred is at the kingdom castle, but for Gazelle to not attend some of our meetings here is oddly strange, not that I want to reprimand her, she seems to be a busy smith.

Mina and Nico shouted as they stand up from the surprise of working together.

Now I have to reprimand these two, this is highly unusual.

Azeed thought, worried for the two.

After that, they were reprimanded by them, Nico was reprimanded by Azeed in the Kitchen while doing the dishes, Azeed's idea.

And Mina gets talked out by the other Grinn Corp in the Diner, Gazelle getting called out, and Mildred being able to attend late will be joining them talk to Mina.

*yawn*

Mina, dear. what made you so upset that I have to wake up from my overworking slumber?

Gazelle asked after yawning.

I couldn't fathom working with Nico, he's so much of an erratic partner for me, we're so out of balance together in a mission, that I'm worried if he will mess us up, or me worrying too much for him will mess up this mission.

Mina said to the others.

Have you not worked with Sir Nico before?

Mildred asked, mentioning the time in the Ogestic Kingdom before.

I have, that's when I realize that we're so out of balance together, he has a different work style than I have.

Mina said.

You're not wrong on that section, Nico is so energetic, bubbly, and chaotic, but sometimes he's kind of smart when he puts his mind to it.

Kenny said.

FLATTERY, I SEE...

Cypher slurred Kenny.

Kenny said.

That's the thing, he rarely puts his mind to it, and you can say that because he saved you.

Mina said.

I won't deny that.

Kenny said as she slightly blushes.

Look at it this way, deary, right now, Nico is talking to Sir Azeed, let's hope that he will behave himself in this mission because from what I've seen so far in our past missions and all that, he doesn't disappoint, he can fight better than you would expect, and with his only power in his belt, he's good to go, really, can I go now? I'm still sleepy.

Gazelle explained, giving Mina pieces of advice as she tries to not be drowsy.

I guess I'm too paranoid and too much of a perfectionist, if Gazelle, who is still sleepy, gives me this thought-out advice, I'll try.

Mina thought.

Haha, sure, thank you for at least thinking through this, I will try to work with him in this mission, but I'm not hoping for much, I'll try not to worry, I wish I can try.

To Nico's reprimanding, they're at the kitchen doing the dishes while doing so.

So, Nico, I wonder what's wrong? Is your refusal to work with Mina is because you two are different?

Azeed asked.

To be honest, not only that, that's not my real worry, it's about myself, I already trouble the others from some of my blunders sometimes, or even most of the time, but since we're together, you guys offset this, working with one, especially with Mina too, who I know to be slightly perfectionist, I'm worrying about myself more, I believe she's worried about me messing up too.

Nico explained as they do the dishes.

I'm glad to see the energetic and delightful guy be in this state, not that I sadistically love it, it's endearing, though, he never messes up, not that I remember, he's too good of a warrior for him to do so.

Azeed thought.

Mina is a perfectionist... when she needs to and I love that about her, though I don't see any problem, yet, when you two are working together, before, you did well, but I want to see how the two of you will work together, besides, you two are strong and smart enough to figure that out, okay?

Azeed explained as they are finishing up the dishes.

Ironically, the ones who aren't usually doing the chores are the fastest ones to do so.

Alright... I'll do my best, Sir Azeed, I'll try to be optimistic too.

Nico said, obeying.

They then were done with the dishes and went back to the Diner to talk to the others.

Azeed, Gazelle, and Mildred said.

Gazelle telling the others to say that earlier because she predicted that Azeed will say that, but Kai, Shiro, Mina, and Nico are the only ones who didn't because they think it's dumb.
