But before I could get out of his bed, he walked over to the edge and kneeled in front of me. He cupped my face and looked me in the eyes. "How come you're crying if you don't like me?"
"I-I said, I don't know. Hindi ko sinabing hindi," nanginig ang labi ko kasabay ng pagtulo ng luha ko.
"Oh, Skye, you're making me weak," he groaned, wiping away my tears. "I'm not sure if you like me, but I like you, Skye. I like you so much!" He was adamant about what he wanted to do. "May I kiss you?" He was staring at me intently.
