Ayen's POV
(Timeline, 4 years ago.)
"Ayen? Why are you sad?" My best friend, Ayesha asked me. She's one year older than me.
"I lost out friendship clip." I answered then I bow on my knees.
I'm Ayen Chua, 12 years old.
"Don't be sad Ayen. It is just a clip." Ayesha told me.
"But you gave it to me the day we became bff's." I feel like crying. I was shocked when Ayesha put her clip in my hands.
"Why are you giving this to me? Edi ikaw din mawawalan ng clip. Don't, Ayesha." I said as I tried to return but she insisted giving it to me.
"I'll give you mine nalang para hindi ka na malungkot. Then I will ask dad to buy me another para the same ulit tayo." She said smiling. Ngumiti nalang ulit ako sa kanya at iki-nlip sa bangs ko yung clip.
