Kian’s Point of View I can’t own a land in Country Club. I was discreetly inquiring to purchase a lot here, but I can’t, because I am a foreigner. As per law, I can acquire a condominium but not a land and house.   The place is peaceful. It has their own community inside, has their own facilities. A horse racing arena, a helipad, a busy street for food, bars and boutiques. They call it down town. There is a clinic, a vet clinic, a 24-hour security team. There is an Olympic size swimming pool, a barbeque pit overlooking the Taal volcano.  Water is not a problem and so was the electricity. The good part is the internet.
