Lexie did not find Lucas or Nico in the living room when she got back.
“Babe?” Lexie looked for Lucas.
“In here, Babe.”
She heard Lucas voice from her room kaya dumiretso na sya doon. She guessed Nico left already.
She saw her things from Lucas' house already there-- the undergarments he gave her, her bag, laptop and tablet; he was even putting away her shirts. He was carefully placing them in her shirt drawer.
Napakagat naman ng labi si Lexie, hindi siya dapat malungkot. She didn’t want to dwell on it. She needs to stay here. They need to take it slow. Naupo naman sya sa kama and watched Lucas. Itinabi nya muna ang bitbit sa floor out of sight ni Lucas.
“Babe, I have something for you.”
Tinapos muna ni Lucas ang pag-aayos ng mga shirts nya before he sat beside her in bed.
