HERA'S
’OMG, babe! Hindi ka maniniwala sa mga sasabihin ko.’ I was awakened by the noise of Raquel's voice first thing this morning. It was the same thing that happened the day before. But I think what Raquel is going to tell me is important. She won't wake me up at four a.m. if it isn't, right? I hope so. I stood up and walked over to the balcony. Malamig na simoy ng hangin agad ang tumama sa aking pagmumukha, napapikit ako habang hawak hawak ang cellphone.
‘What happened.’ I inquired in a deeper tone because I had just awoken. I shut my eyes to feel the cool air on my skin; it was just 4 a.m., so the sky was still a little black. Nag-inat ako ng katawan habang hawak hawak ang cellphone, gawain ko na rin naman ito kaya sanay na ako.
