Before travelling to Ilocos, Asher and I made a plan to surprise Artemis. That is why, tonight—I'm on my phone talking to him on the other line on how our plan is.
“We're all ready here.” He said, sounding pissed because we're still in the hotel.
Good thing is that Asher is already here in Ilocos because I guess he and his girl are spending time with each other away from our grandfather and away from his parents. His love life is somehow pretty complicated.
“How was it?” I asked nervously.
“It’s all set, why are you not here? Where are you?” Asher’s patience is shorter than a paper clip. With his voice he used now, I could say that he’s losing his temper since he’s waiting for us.
