"Paul!" dinig kong sigaw niya. I already prepared myself to this. Alam kong magwawala siya sa makikita niya but here I am can't help but smile because of what happened last night. Nakaupo lang ako sa sofa sa sala. I heard her footsteps that's why I pretended doing something.
I immediately grabbed the nearest book on the table. Agad kong binuklat iyon at tinakpan ang mukha ko but before I could do that, may bagay agad na lumipad sa mukha ko. I put the book down at kita ko ang matalim na tingin sa akin ni Mia. She is holding my phone but she is close of throwing it on my face!
"Pinagsamantalahan mo ang kalasingan ko! Gago ka!" galit niyang sigaw sa akin. She knows the importance of book and its content dahil sa hindi niya iyon sinali sa galit niya. She get it
