I was lost for words upon hearing what the nurse said.
It felt like everything around me turned super slow; to the point that the only word that registers to my mind is that Major Rune was really in danger.
I honestly do not know what I am feeling at this moment. I want to run to go check on him, I want to ask more about his condition, I want to watch them perform the surgery, I want to go help to find blood for him, but I know all of my plans were impossible.
