I drummed my fingers on the steering wheel as I parked my car in front of the bus terminal where Revi would be arriving at. An hour ago, she told me that she’s already in the NLEx. Her bus should arrive any minute by now.
My phone chimed and I immediately picked it up from the shotgun seat.
Revi:
Nandito na ako.
A smile immediately crept out of my lips as I read her text. I turned the engine off and removed my seatbelt before running inside the terminal.
Madaming tao ang naroon at ilang bus din ang kadarating lang kaya hindi ko agad nakita kung nasaan siya. Inikot ko ang ilang bus bago ko siya nakitang lumilinga-linga sa may harap ng ticket booth.
