I looked intently at Sharina as she brought the last piece of the cake to her mouth.
Kumain naman ako ng cake na binili niya para sa akin after she greeted me a happy birthday again, kaunti nga lang ang kinain ko dahil hindi ako mahilig sa matatamis.
Sa mga sandaling ito ay tapos na ang birthday ko, pero hindi pa kami tapos sa ginagawa namin. In fact, nagsisimula pa lang kami.
Kinuha ko ang mga gamot na binili ko kanina sa dinaanan kong pharmacy at inilatag ko iyon isa-isa sa mesa na nasa harap ni Sharina.
"Take these... This one is a pain reliever and you can drink it now while this one is a contraceptive pill. This is called morning-after pill so you're gonna take this pill tomorrow morning for maximum effectiveness. You're not expecting me to get you pregnant, do you?"
