Kitkat slowly opened her eyes and started having anxiety.
She never liked being in a hospital because of her bad memories of injections and dextrose as a child. But she wasn't a child anymore, she reminded herself. In fact, she recalled she was in a hospital now because she bore a child through a caesarian section.
The last thing she remembered was being in the operating room and slowly falling asleep. She instantly remembered she had to find out what happened to her baby.
