I was in the middle of changing my clothes when Dark suddenly appeared on my side
“Let’s take a quick get-away. Like an overnight trip. What do think?” he asked while leaning on the closet.
I looked at him and raised my brow. “Hmm. That would be nice since we’ve been stressed for a week. It’s up to you.” I closed the door of the closet and faced him. “Where do you want to go?”
“Hmm. I missed the beach. Let’s go to one of the resorts in Mactan today and then we’ll go home tomorrow,” he said smiling.
“Okay. Beach it is.”
It was Saturday, so it was our rest day. We’re so stressed for the whole week. A lot of paperworks to do and also the annual check-up. So yeah. We really need a break from all of that.
