Wedding Day
The wedding was an elegant affair. The entire church filled the pews on the bride's side of the flower-draped aisles. The wedding was held in the little church just down the road from the mansion of Senator Abner Cordero. Old and beautifully kept, with soaring stained-glass windows, the church was big enough to hold all of Bryant's and Nadiah's relatives and friends.

The ceremony of their wedding was traditional, the bride wore white wedding gown. As Bryant slipped the ring on her finger and Nadiah, in turn, placed a ring on his, the vows they made echoed softly.
