MAGNUS
We ended up watching movies together in their house. She said that she wanna gets some of her stuff and that is what we were doing earlier, we packed her things that I learned were memorabilia from her father and most from her childhood.
She kept on bubbling about her youth and I let her. I know what was happening, she was feeling sad. She missed her father. I do know that emotion for I always missed my mother.
“Where is home for me, Maggie?” she asked out of nowhere. Ang mga mata niya ay nakatutok lang sa telebisyon pero wala sa palabas na action movie na pinapanood namin ang utak niya.
I breathed air deeply and rereleased it slowly. “Hindi ka ba masaya na may bagong makakasama na ang mother mo?” I asked gently. Curiously.
