Luke's POV
"I told you not to push yourself."
I sigh as I mentally tried to block her voice. She was saying that for the nth times.
"Mom, I'm fine now," pagkumbinsi ko sa kaniya. She can be a liltle overreacting sometimes.
"Uh-huh, then malalaman ko ulit na you'll suddenly collapse? Sabi ko naman kasi sa'yo to tale rest! You should at home, resting, hindi 'yong nagtatrabaho ka agad after recovering," pangangaral niya sa akin.
I mentally rolled my eyes. "Mom, I didn't collapse. Nahilo lang ako, okay? Can you please just calm down?" I asked her.
Nasa loob kami ng opisina ko. I'm just resting at the sofa. I decline lying on my bed, feeling ko ay mas mahihilo ako kapag hihiga ako. After many attempts ay sumuko na rin siya at nagpaalam para bumalik sa trabaho.
