Moving towards the future
“Why are you so afraid to meet your grandmother, Jace?” I gently asked him.
Mr. Wilson visited us to inform Jace that his grandmother will come back from a business trip. She was the one who took care of Jace when he lost both of his parents.
Since then, I could see that Jace couldn’t stay still. He kept staring into space or pace back and forth like he was thinking a lot of things. I don’t know why he was acting like this. I don’t think his grandmother was a bad person because if she was, she wouldn’t take Jace under her wing.
