"Why am I even alive?" His voice is stern and throaty. There are dark circles under his eyes and he didn't even smile at me. Bumalik ang tingin ni Nikos sa bintana. Nanigas ako sa aking kinatatayuan, hindi pa ako nakakalapit kay Nikos ay parang sinasabi niya sa akin na huwag ko itong lapitan.
"Why did you do it, Nikos?" I tried stepping forward to him and diverted my gaze to other stuff inside the room. I can't stand to look at him! I'm hurting looking at his vulnerable state. At least he's alive, I'm more than thankful.
"I want the pain to stop. I was really hurting here," sabi nito at tinuro ang kanyang dibdib.
"It's so hard to breathe and then I've decided to end everything." This time his voice is a bit louder than before,
